Valentine's

Valentine's Day is a fluff created by chocolatiers and florists. If you truly love someone, any day of the year is a perfect day to show it. It is admittedly somewhat cute to celebrate the 'special' day with the rest of the world, but it doesn't diminish my stand that Valentine's Day should be just another day for a truly loving couple.

The image above is taken from the movie "Blue Valentine", one which made me tear up at 3a.m. in Melbourne. Had they known that the end is ugly, would they have done it anyway? Probably. We owe our best adventures to our foolish, reckless youths.
