Bridget Jones, anyone?

Mark Darcy: "Mother, I do NOT need a blind date, particularly not some verbally incontinent spinster who smokes like a chimney, drinks like a fish and dresses like her mother."

This line never fails to amuse me. It's right before the "all by myself" scene in Bridget Jones. I just love this movie; it always cheers me up :)

(sadly, the sequence was actually the other way round. But I don't really care.)
